Day 11 of the 12 Days for Good – DREAMING
Having a goal and vision in anything we do is so important. It helps us to stay focused and accomplish what we set out to do. Sometimes how we get to our goal isn’t exactly the way we had planned, but in those detours we have learned something that will make our destination that much better!

Time is limited, so we need to plan wisely. Take a look at this video:
Whether your goal is to lose weight, increase your energy, improve your digestion, eat better, etc., make it a priority and set small attainable goals that will get you to your ultimate vision or goal.
Many people make amazing goals, but their time frame in which they wanted to accomplish it did not jive with their goal and eventually they became too frustrated to keep on keeping on.
Be realistic and manage your time.
Make 2014 a year to remember!
