Mondays are the day we typically dread. After a weekend away from our Monday to Friday stressors, Mondays seem to be a day that people shy away from and wish it were over before it even begins. However, that is all about to change! Meatless Mondays will have you singing a new tune and looking forward to the day with all the different flavours and textures you will experience through the recipes I will provide.
All you have to do is print off the 2 documents noted below: Recipes and Grocery List, check to see what you already have in your pantry and fridge, go shopping for the rest and prepare for Monday!
