Water is a must! Water will help to flush toxins out of your body and help the blood to transport all nutrients more efficiently.

Our digestive health is linked to a healthy immune system. Probiotics can aid in maintaining a healthy digestive system.

Our daily exposure to sunlight is reduced as we head into winter, Vitamin D3 supplementation can be helpful.

Eat an assortment of colourful vegetables.

Ensure you are getting enough protein. Sources of protein are not limited to meat and can include, nuts and seeds, yogurt, cheese, eggs and beans. A good quality protein powder (such as Vega One) can also be a good addition.
