What supplements are important to you?
Years ago I thought I needed supplements for everything! However, as time marches on I realize that as my body heals and I continue to nourish it with real, whole, nutrient dense foods, there are not really many supplements I take.
My top 3 supplements would be a good quality fish oil, probiotics, and …..MAGNESIUM.
